End User License Agreement (EULA) for Apple Pay and Monthly Subscription Services for CMeJobs.com

Effective Date: September 13, 2024


1.Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and CMeJobs.com ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By accessing, using, or subscribing to CMeJobs.com’s services ("Services"), including payments made via Apple Pay, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.   • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancelations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated refunds will be issued.
