Construction Project Manager

✔️ Project Oversight – Coordinate major renovations and conversion projects for Recipe-branded restaurants.✔️ Contractor & Vendor Management – Oversee general contractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers.✔️ Budget & Cost Control – Ensure projects stay on budget with accurate invoice and cost tracking.✔️ Scheduling & Coordination – Develop construction schedules, manage equipment deliveries, and oversee site approvals.✔️ Permit & Tendering Process – Manage building permits, site approvals, and tender analysis.✔️ Site Inspections & Compliance – Conduct periodic site inspections to maintain quality and adherence to company standards.✔️ Stakeholder Communication – Work with internal teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Real Estate, and Franchisees.✔️ Contract Negotiation – Handle contractor, landlord, and supplier negotiations to optimize costs and timelines.

✔️ Technical Degree in Construction (P.Eng, CET, B. Arch) or equivalent experience✔️ PMP Certification (an asset)✔️ 5+ years of construction management experience (retail/restaurant projects preferred)✔️ Strong contract negotiation and management skills✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities and strict capital expenditures✔️ Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities✔️ Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management tools✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
